The mug shipped safely with a form fitting foam to ensure that it arrived in perfect condition, which is great if you're buying this as a gift. It has been designed with double wall vacuum insulation and a clear lid, so your drink stays hot longer than usual mugs would - this is definitely an advantage! However, its C-shape handle makes it somewhat more difficult to hold than regular mugs, but after some getting used to I think most people will be able to manage just fine. Additionally, the images printed on both sides won't rub off or peel with time; they'll outlast many trips through the dishwasher cycle (just remember to handwash only). So all things considered, I'd say this product is worth trying; hopefully you'll find it as useful as I have!
