I can't believe I waited so long to buy 'How to Cook Like Mr. Bean: Cookbook Filled with Recipes Inspired by the All-Time Legend'! As a longtime fan of Rowan Atkinson's iconic character, I was overjoyed when I first saw this cookbook pop up on Amazon link. Finally - my dream of becoming like Mr. Bean in the kitchen has been made real! The recipes are easy to follow and they're so delicious that even my picky husband loves them (which is no small feat!). For example, one of his favorite dishes is the recipe for "Mr Bean’s Stuffed Jacket Potatoes". He normally hates eating potatoes but he scarfs these down every time I make them for us.
Honestly though, what really sets this cookbook apart from others out there is its personal touch. Reading each entry always makes me feel as if Mr. Bean himself wrote it just for me; there are plenty personal anecdotes which often have a Beanish twist or two thrown in for good measure! With that being said, you don't need any special skills or equipment to follow these recipes - all you need is a passion for hearty British classics as well as an appreciation for quality comedy programmes ;)
