When I heard about the Portion Perfection Measuring Bowls from my dietitian, I knew they would be life changing. As someone who was trying to control their weight after Bariatric Surgery and also dealing with Diabetes, getting portion sizes right was a struggle. But this Accurate Bowl does all the measuring for you - no cups required!
After finally receiving them in the mail (white-glove delivery is always great), we put them through their paces: microwaves, ovens and dishwashers - no problem! Not only are these bowls easy to use but hey look good too (pure white porcelain).
Overall these Porcelain Portion Control Bowls have been invaluable in helping me achieve my goal of controlling portions while eating healthy food & drinks. They teach me how much I should be serving myself so that I can better manage both my diabetic symptoms and my bodyweight without fail. And best part?
