"Unicorn Executions": A Charming Tale of Fatherly Love & Creativity

by Cuddlepup at Absurdophile

I just finished reading Unicorn Executions and Other Crazy Stuff My Kids Make Me Draw, and all I can say is WOW! This amazing book by graphic designer/illustrator/father Matt Danzico has me beaming with joy. After flipping through the pages filled with outrageous yet fun "missions" from his little ones, I'm in love with the fantastic lessons that Matt teaches in this charming read.

The illustrations are simply delightful; each page captures the imaginations of children everywhere as they let their wildest dreams come alive on paper. Alongside these vibrant drawings, we learn about Fatherly Love and creativity--the perfect combination for a whimsical storybook like this one!

From magical unicorns to alien robot attacks, everything seems brighter when you’re engaged in this captivating journey. What stands out most is how each concept encourages young minds to explore new ideas while promoting artful expression—balancing playfulness and structure simultaneously. Adding even more delight is the sharing aspect that allows parents to display their kids' creations proudly or cherish them privately among family members. Even better? You can share your own crazy artwork inspired by your kiddos right inside the book!

Overall, Unicorn Executions and Other Crazy Stuff My Kids Make Me Draw was an entertaining experience overflowing with clever depictions of childhood silliness & imagination expressed through drawing challenges placed along us adults on our parenthood journey! If you'd like something hilarious to fill your days (besides potty-training accidents), then Unicorn Executions will certainly put a smile on your face :).
