I was so excited to purchase the "Alien Nicolas Cage Frog Monster Pillow, Sequin Mermaid Pillow, Reversible Pillow" from Amazon for my cubicle at the office, thinking of all the interesting conversations I'd start and how impressed my colleagues would be by it's sleek and stylish design. But then on my first day back in the office after having placed the order last week, I arrive to find out that one of my coworkers had also ordered something similar - a pillow with meme designs! As you can imagine everyone was absolutely appalled that someone could have such bad taste as to bring a unique product like this into an otherwise professional space; soon enough we were both asked to take our pillows home (they immediately regretted scanning through their emails!). To top things off he even got promoted shortly afterwards despite our little novelty pillow incident... Figures!
