I had the pleasure of leafing through Katsuya Terada & Kim Jung Gi Illustration Collection / 寺田克也+キム・イラスト集 recently and it was an absolute delight! The artwork by these two legends is breathtakingly beautiful and masterful - from sweeping vistas to minute details, there's something for everyone here! My friends loved poring over the pages and trying to work out how some of the scenes were created too - each person had their own perspective on the illustrations which led to some hilarious moments that I know we'll cherish for a long time. Not only does this collection document two brilliant illustrators' works in one place, but it also gives readers a great insight into how their methods differ from one another yet both lead to extraordinary results. Highly recommended if you're looking to be inspired by incredible artwork or just want something amazing on your coffee table as a conversation starter!
