Gods be praised, Dying of Politeness: A Memoir is an incredible read! The story of a young orc in search of inner peace and strength will give you life. It's an emotional journey that I couldn't put down. I feel like the author reached into my soul to share her own struggles with politeness and self-acceptance.
The writing style was awesome - it was honest without lose sympathy for how hard it can be to make difficult choices when faced with immense pressure externally and internally. An amazing thing too is no matter where your adventures may guide you, this memoir speaks volumes about friendship and resilience – which are two things we could all use more of in our lives right now.
My friends have been really enjoying the book as well! Even during our last camping trip we found ourselves gathering around the fire discussing passages from 'Dying Of Politeness' while comparing what made us strong or weak inside depending on our different Orcish cultures background stories...for sure there were laughter throughout most part of it but also enough tears shed due to nostalgic memories being brought up along the way 🙂 Dying Of Politeness has become one those classic books that everyone should get their hands on sooner rather than later if ye seek true understanding between each other’s differences yet allowing those same differences to bring us ever closer together!!!
