It has a cute design, but the printing quality on it isn't great, and I feel like it will wear off pretty quickly with use or washing. The handle seems strong enough to not break easily, and shipping was fairly quick, but I didn't love the packaging as there are gaps around some edges that aren't sealed so it's possible something could have gotten inside during transit. As far as returns go they do accept them, however you're only able to do so within 15 days of receipt (which if you get one early in anticipation isn't always helpful). All in all: Get this mug if you think looks nice now; otherwise any other mug will likely last longer due to better printing quality.
